EPC Solar is an emerging renewable business which required a larger facility to accommodate its growth over the next five to ten years.
The project included the design of a 10-person board room, three executive offices, two meeting rooms, a warehouse, kitchen and breakout areas.
Kora also assisted in the development of the commercial lease between EPC Solar and the tenant.
