A systemised approach to construction management.

Client engagement

An introductory meeting where we will document the client’s goals and objectives. From there, we will refine the scope until the client is satisfied their vision has been documented and articulated on paper.

Quotation stage

Kora will develop a detailed quote based on our internal cost estimates. This provides a good understanding of the dollar range that the total project will entail.

Planning and designing

Upon signing the quotation, Kora will begin tendering the works and as required, engage consultants to complete the building approval activities. Upon completion the budget will be finalised and agreed by the client.

Delivery

Site establishment and construction activities commence. Kora ensures that time, cost and quality expectations are met.

Project closure and handover

Certificate of occupancy is issued. A walk through and handover manual is developed and given to the client. Our team is still available for any questions or follow up queries that the client may have post project completion.
